What are Revanesse® and Belotero®?
At 413 Medical Aesthetics we use Revanesse® and Belotero® for most of our dermal filler treatments. These are soft-tissue injectable fillers that’s meant to reduce lines and wrinkles, as well as combat volume loss by bringing fullness back to specific parts of the face. These facial fillers are made up of safe, gel-like substance that is injected under the skin.
How Do Dermal Fillers Work?
These fillers are injected while the patient is in the clinic over a span of about 30 min. Skin can be pre-treated with numbing cream to reduce discomfort. Expect the full effect of your treatment to appear 1 to 2 weeks after injection.
Dermal Filler Treatment Areas
Belotero® and Revanesse® are a family of products that are used to address different elements for antiaging treatments. Juvéderm®, Restylane®, and Radiesse® are all very similar in nature and are used to treat:
Reduces Nasolabial Lines
Adds volume to back of hands (not palms)
Treats Laugh Lines
What’s The Difference Between Juvéderm®, Belotero®, Restylane®, Revanesse®, and Radiesse®?
While four of these options are made from hyaluronic acid, Radiesse uses what are known as calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) gel microspheres to stimulate collagen production. Each of these face fillers are designed for treating particular areas.
